A scarce 19th century French Perfume Casket of 4 bottles circa 1850.

The box is made of kingwood with gilt metal mounts, opens to reveal a silk and velvet lined interior holding 4 stunning opaline glass perfume bottles

Each bottle measures 3" high with hinged gilt brass lids and hand engraved gilt brass overlay decoration. If you think it stops there you are wrong because the top of each bottle has a hand painted floral panel to each top.

The box itself measures 7.5" long, 5.5" deep and 4" high. A wonderful opportunity to own one of the best perfume caskets we have ever seen.
